An underserved enthusiast community

The concept for ZSPEC started in the mid 2000's as our founders wanted clean, simple updates for their personal JDM sports cars.

Pen met paper as we designed our first dress-up hardware concepts that could be used for automotive and general project purposes as well. Now ZSPEC is a leader in 200+ Models - Honda/Acura, Toyota/Lexus, BMW/Mini/Mercedes, Ford/Chevrolet/Dodge, Kia/Hyundai and many more.

The first products launched

Some may wonder about our name, and yes, it started with the Nissan Z cars. "ZSPEC" was a nod to the "JSPEC" enthusiast term.

The 300zx, Datsun Z, 350z, 370z, Nissan Z RZ34, Infiniti G & Q - these were just the beginning. We now support hundreds of makes/models with platform-specific offerings.

This began our journey offering the best colors, materials and styles available...and not just for Cars, but Motorcycles, Go-Karts, ATVs, computer builds, and custom-projects.

Fueling Growth through customer service and dealers

Our early dealer-channel network began evolving our direct-to-consumer reach with dealers here in the North America (US/Canada), Australia, Europe and Japan.

Unlike other pure-play vendors, ZSPEC has been growing through quality, customer-service and simple value.

Global Marketplaces

The product catalog is expanded to reach customers who regularly procure through marketplaces like Ebay and Amazon.

Additional lines of products for custom products for NLA interior panels, bezels, clips and other components.

ZSPEC became "more" than just a dress-up hardware company.

Additions of radio-panels, door handle plastics, and sports car t-top bezels and "wear-items" expand based on customer requests.

Fast-forward to today and ZSPEC has 200+ vehicle-specific kits, a complete Stainless & Titanium Dress Up Hardware Catalog (Bolts/Fasteners, Washers, other components), Accessories Catalog and Reproduction Products.

Expansion fueled our growth into a new location in Concord, Ohio
